IN THIS PROGRAM WE WILL BE COMBINING TRAINING REGIMINES THAT WILL FOCUS ON SEVERAL IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF PUSHING OUR BODY TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

  • The Freak Performance program follows a Lower Body, Upper Body, Full Body Split with an active rest day as the 7th training session of the week, however any session can be accessed any day, so you are able to go at your own pace with no worry of falling behind!

  • Each session will begin with an “Active Warm Up” to prime the muscles and CNS for lifting. Following AWU will be the “Strength” portion of the session where our main exercises will take place. Each session will end with a “Finisher” focused on several different things such as core and grip strength.

  • There is no set duration for this program as it is consistently updated and can be followed year round, however the program will enter a new training phase each month to ensure things stay fresh and progress keeps coming.

  • -PROGRAM ACCESS-

    IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO DAILY TRAINING SESSIONS, OUR PROGRAMS PROGRESS FROM WEEK TO WEEK AS WELL AS MONTHLY TO ENSURE CONSISTENT PROGRESS. SIGNING UP FOR ANY PROGRAM WILL MAKE ALL PROGRAMS AVAILABLE TO YOU.

    EACH EXERCISE IN OUR EXTENSIVE LIBRARY FEATURES STEP BY STEP INSRUCTIONS AS WELL AS A VIDEO EXAMPLE TO ENSURE CORRECT FORM AND TECHNIQUE. (IF YOU FOLOW OUR PROGRAMS YOU ARE GUARNTEED TO BE EXPOSED TO NEW EXERCISES)

  • -WORKOUT TRACKING-

    EACH SET, REP, AND WEIGHT IS TRACKED PROVIDING FEEDBACK TO YOU AND YOUR TRAINER. ONCE TRACKED EACH WEIGHT IS GRAPHED PROVIDING A DIRECT VIEW ON PROGRESS OVER TIME AS WELL AS IDENTIFYING INDIVIDUAL STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES AND HOW BEST TO IMPROVE THEM.

  • -COMMUNICATION-

    DIRECT COMMUNICATION WITH OUR TRAINERS DIRECTLY THROUGH THE APP, ALLOWING YOU TO GIVE AND RECEIVE FEEDBACK ANYWHERE ANYTIME.

    BY JOINING THE KAIZEN TEAM YOU WILL BE ADDED TO THE TEAM CHAT FEED WITH PR POSTING AND VIDEO/PICTURE UPLOADING TO ENCOURAGE AND MOTIVATE EACHOTHER. THIS IS NOT JUST A TRAINING PROGRAM, YOU ARE JOINING A COMMUNITY OF INDIVIDUALS BROUGHT TOGETHER BY THE DESIRE TO INFINITELY IMPROVE.
