  • The split we will use for your personal training program will be based entirely off of your needs and schedule. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality of training at the highest level of convenience.

  • Each session will begin with an “Active Warm Up” to prime the muscles and CNS for lifting. Following AWU will be the “Strength” portion of the session where our main exercises will take place. Each session will end with a “Finisher” focused on several different things such as core and grip strength.

  • There is no set duration for this program as it is consistently updated to match your progress and meet your goals, ensuring that things stay fresh and exciting while also avoiding plateaus in your training.
