Athlete Lean Female is our beginners cutting program. This program is focused on cutting down body fat % while maintaining or even increasing muscle mass and strength.

The Athlete Lean program will be your blueprint to achieve the shredded physique you’ve always wanted. With two full upper and lower body workouts weekly each muscle group will be trained twice per week to ensure we maintain or even build muscle as we burn fat. Our full body workouts will be the high intensity fat burning sessions, with two of these each week as well, you will see physique changes at a fast rate.

The Athlete Lean Female program follows a Upper body, Lower Body, Full Body split with our upper and lower training sessions focusing on strength in all major movement patterns, while our full body workouts are higher intensity fat burning focused.

The overall main focus of the Athlete Lean Female program is to burn body fat, and create a lean and attractive physique. Along with lowering body fat % this program will place a large emphasis on maintaining and possibly improving strength.
